The Power of Print Photography Club in Northwest Florida annual POP Show Gallery & EXPO is designed to give you more than just a gallery—it’s a full photography experience built around education, connection, and inspiration.
From hands-on classes to live vendor demos and a curated gallery showcase, here’s exactly what you can expect each day at the Fall 2026 POPP Show.
📆 Friday – Preview Day + Gallery Reveal
Friday is your introduction to the event—a more relaxed, immersive start designed to ease you in while still delivering value right away.
🎤 Education Highlight
The day begins with a Digital Print Judging Class, where you’ll learn how professional judges evaluate images. This is a powerful session for anyone entering the print competition or wanting to improve their work.
🥂 Charity Showcase Experience
Midday, we officially reveal the gallery during our Charity Showcase Experience. This is your first look at the displayed images, including the featured Top 30.
You’ll also hear from local charities and sponsors as we celebrate the impact this event brings to the community.
🛍️ Trade Show Preview + Vendor Demos
In the afternoon, the trade show opens for a Preview Day, featuring live vendor demos.
This is a great time to:
Explore new gear
Ask questions in a relaxed setting
Watch hands-on demonstrations
🎤 Afternoon Breakouts
Small-group breakout sessions and shootouts run throughout the afternoon, giving you practical, real-world experience.
🤝 Evening Networking
The day wraps with an optional off-site networking event at a local restaurant. It’s casual, social, and one of the best ways to meet other photographers.
📆 Saturday – Full Expo + Trade Show Experience
Saturday is the heart of the event—the day where everything is in full swing.
🛍️ Trade Show & Live Demos (Main Event)
The trade show runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a dedicated 3-hour block (11–2) where no classes are scheduled. Saturday is where the energy shifts into full experience mode—and the trade show becomes the heartbeat of the event.
The POPP Show Trade Show isn’t just about walking booth to booth. It’s designed to be interactive, hands-on, and genuinely valuable for photographers who want to learn, test, and explore.

🎤 Photography Classes + Shootouts
Before and after the main trade show window, you’ll have access to breakout sessions and hands-on shootouts.
These are intentionally limited to small groups, so you get a more personal and interactive experience.
🤝 Saturday Night Networking
Saturday evening features our main networking event at a local restaurant, where attendees, vendors, and instructors come together to connect and unwind.
📆 Sunday – Final Learning + Awards
Sunday is all about finishing strong.
🎤 Morning Breakouts
The day begins with new photography classes that were not offered earlier in the event, giving you one last chance to learn and grow.
🛍️ Trade Show (Final Hours)
The trade show is open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a dedicated window for vendor interaction.
🧑🏫 Afternoon Breakouts
These sessions are perfect for diving deeper into techniques, gear, and workflow, pros will be on hand for questions.
🏆 Awards Ceremony
We close the event with the Awards Ceremony (4:00–5:00 PM), where top images are recognized across multiple categories.
This is where the best work of the POPP Show is celebrated.
